DC Inspection Services offers Magnetic Particle Testing, Visual Inspections, Ultrasonic Thickness Testing, rebuilding services and pressure testing. An electronic database is also provided to the customer for the most efficient collection of data.

We are currently using a database to track customers components for inspection. We are looking at having the components tagged with and RFID tag using a stainless steel band. some components will have the RFID tag inbedded into the piece. We would like the customer to be able to scan the item using a tablet of some sort that would link him to the components history in our database. From there perform other tasks ie print reports or scan multiple items at a time and see if they conform to there safety standards ie pass inspection, not expired print the order of the components that are expired. Scanning range has to be approx. 1 foot or 30 cm.
